Send us your photo and we will create a beautiful keepsake
for yourself,
to give as a gift,
or to use as a party favor.
Custom mirrors are $6.00 each.
Five mirrors are $25.00. (a savings of $5.00!)

- Print and fill out ORDER FORM.
- Mail check, order form AND your photo to: Reflections by Luna, 22 Mohawk Avenue, Rockaway, NJ 07866.
IMPORTANT: Photo Specifications
- The photo must be clear, sharp, and of good quality in order to make a quality photo mirror.
- The photo must be at least 3" x 5" and no larger than 8" x 10".
- Please do not MAIL originals of heirloom photos. We cannot assume responsibility for their safety.
- Please do not write on the back of the photo or paperclip or staple anything to the photo. Just send it along with an order form and your method of payment.
- If the photo was taken by a professional photographer, we will need written permission from the photographer to use the photo. They are usually happy to grant this permission.
- If you want your photo returned to you, please send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope large enough to accommodate the photo.
- Please make sure that your telephone number or email address is included in your order form so we may contact you with any questions.
- We reserve the right to refuse any photo we feel is in poor taste.
